By accessing or using Orchestra's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Orchestra provides go-to-market (GTM) strategy consulting, outsourced GTM services, and human-in-the-loop transformation consulting. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate in good faith during engagements
- Make timely payments as agreed
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, and materials provided by Orchestra remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagements. This obligation survives termination of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Orchestra's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our services are advisory in nature, and results may vary.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Fees for services rendered remain payable upon termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
