Four things we do differently.

01

TAM unification.

One canonical list per segment, maintained centrally, refreshed quarterly. (One Apollo customer was running over four thousand separate lists before we consolidated.) When leadership says "prioritize healthcare," there's exactly one healthcare list, and it's the one being worked. The arguments stop because there's one list per segment to be right about.

Signal consolidation.

Two distinct jobs, one signal layer. Scoring answers "which accounts are in-market right now?" and routes the right ones to outbound, marketing, sales, and success. Messaging answers "what do we say to them?" and pulls from the same signal layer so the angle and the timing match. Most teams run these as two unrelated workflows; we run them off one definition of in-market, so the strategy survives the trip from leadership to the field.

Evergreen outreach.

Outbound that runs continuously, not in campaign waves. The system asks "are we reaching the right buyers, and are we reaching them well?" every day, across every channel. Most teams ask these quarterly, after results have already disappointed. The compounding comes from running the questions daily, on the same system, with the same vocabulary.

Humans in the loop (HITL).

AI handles the volume work; humans handle the calls AI can't make. The judgment moments — what to escalate, when to break a rule, which signal to trust — live with the people closest to the buyer. The system is designed around that handoff from day one, not bolted on after the fact. The leverage compounds the longer it runs.
